"I'm not sure why this sequel rarely gets the props it deserves. It is a Zelda action RPG. And by RPG I mean old-school RPG. You wander around until you stumble upon the place you were looking for. There are no maps, just good old-fashioned exploration. The challenge is pretty stiff early on, but with some patience and luck, leveling up comes quickly. For me it withstands the test of time."

"Single player review. Games are simple tech demos and lack the appeal and replayability of Wii Sports. Zelda, Metroid and Pikmin games are obviously inspired by the franchises. Other games have a theme tacked on. Starts to lose appeal quickly. Online leaderboards or online multiplayer could add some much needed spark. "

"Much like the first with prettier graphics. Love the Disney nostalgia scattered everywhere. Huge number of quests, but difficult to track all of them. More of an adventure game than an action game. A little limiting in co-op play. Oswald just wanders around and helps solve puzzles. Could be boring to second player. No option for Wiimote control for first player."

"Epic Mickey is a beautiful game full of charm. It is a game that anyone can pickup and play. Action/platform enthusiasts are likely to be disappointed as this is more of an adventure game: see the sights, find hidden stuff, collect all the items. Because the action is minimal, it is very relaxing to run around painting stuff (think de Blob) or thinning stuff to try to find secrets."

"After playing Civ 4 for a couple of years, Civ 5 seems like a completely different game, and all for the better. It is amazing how a hex based grid and 1 troop per hex can completely change the strategy of a game. Civ 5 is the most accessible game yet with plenty of help for new and old players. This is one of those "deserted island" games encouraging players to take "just one more"

"I am having a blast with Mario Sports Mix. With 4 sports, there is enough variety to keep things from getting stale. The AI is pretty soft; it's pretty easy to unlock all of the extras. Online is where the fun and challenge lie. Ranked matches use the Wii Sports scale and human competition is much more difficult. Sadly, you cannot see your opponent's ranking before accepting a challenge online."

"Definitely a unique puzzler where the player must flip down levels from one screen to the other in order to reach the goal. Players can take as much time as necessary to reach the goal, but the challenge is to finish each level within a certain time in order to receive the elusive S-rating. I found the game pretty easy only stumbling to get the S-rating after repeated attempts on a few levels."

"More puzzles for your solving pleasure. This was the first Prof. Layton game I played to see what the buzz was about. The story isn't very gripping but it ties the puzzles together (if just barely). The puzzles seem to be polarized: extremely easy or ridiculously hard. The harder puzzles are caused by poor instructions/hints and unguided interface options. "

"A very unique puzzler that has players creating portals to traverse the landscape. Some of the levels will test your wits, but I never felt like I couldn't solve a level. With some trial and error, a solution was always nearby. "
