Rock Band Blitz

Harmonix go back to their roots here creating a Frequency-style rhythm game that builds off your existing Rock Band library. The game is a pure score chaser, requiring memory, anticipation and mastery of the many powerups. Casual players will get some fun out of it, but this is designed for competitive score chasing, those so inclined will love it, especially if you own a big RB DLC library.

Trials Evolution

This is a stellar sequel to the smash hit Trials. It ads so much more polish to both gameplay and visuals. The track editor / sharing experience is much improved, with much more obstacles and constructive ability to really create some crazy levels. A must own for arcade fanatics.

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World: The Game

This game definitely brought me back to the River City Ransom days of my childhood when button mashing was considered a skill. The game is a bit short, however the soundtrack alone is worth the price of admission (awesome chip-tunes by anamanaguchi) The game is enjoyable playing solo, however much more fun when you've gather a few buddies for a little local brawling. Decent download.

3 on 3 NHL Arcade

Meh. This game is good, but not great. I mean, it's tons of fun, but not being able to pick teams and use their star players really hurts this game. If you could just play as the players you like, instead of building yourself a dream team would make it a ton better. Power- ups make it tons of fun, but after you get your g-score, not much to do. Online is good, but you can only do that for so long.

Madden NFL Arcade

If you don't have any friends to play this with, or you don't have xbox live, just click away now. This is a great game, if you have friends to play with. Playing this game by yourself however, the game will get dull pretty quick. While the game looks pretty decent, sounds are somewhat worse then in Madden 10 . Not much replay value, mainly because there isn't anythign to do beside quick play.

Limbo

My first instinct was to maximize the simplicity for this game, but this is misleading. The controls themselves are simple, but the gameplay by no means follows suit. The puzzles are complex and constantly require your attention. Without the right timing and dexterity, some puzzles will prove to be impasses. Nevertheless, Limbo provides an utterly charming experience that I will keep with me.

Braid

Braid is an amazing game filled with challenge, beautiful artwork, tear-inducing music, and a story that will leave you thinking for hours after completion. A must-get.

Bejeweled Blitz Live

A good entry in the gem-swapping series on XBLA, but a little light on features. Twist and classic are solid modes, and the addition of multiplayer and leaderboards are great, but more options and more challenges would have made this game a must-buy. The control concept is excellent, and works well. If you're a fan of Bejeweled games, you certainly won't be disappointed with Bejeweled Blitz Live.

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night

Arguably the best 2D action platform to ever exist. Konami has tried for years to match its splendor with an endless number of rehashes, but none have matched the outstanding detail and replay value of a game that came out over a decade ago. This is a must-play game. Alucard is one kick-ass vampire, and there's a good deal of story in the mix to complicate the game. Alternate endings as well!

'Splosion Man

'Splosion Man is a fun game that supplies charm and difficulty. I recommend it to platformer-lovers.
